The Carson Valley is such an integral part of the Northern Nevada area, definitely a must see while you’re visiting with us. We visit the Dangberg Home, built in 1857, the historic park preserves this part of Nevada’s history and offers you a glimpse into what life was like. Lunch will be at J.T.’s Basque Restaurant for your family style lunch. Next stop will be historic Genoa, built originally as a trading post in 1851. Here will learn about the history from our step on guide, followed by a hosted drink at the Genoa bar, known as the first bar in the state of Nevada.
