Lake Tahoe and Beyond Sightseeing Tour, $69

Board your Motorcoach and travel to Lake Tahoe, the largest Alpine Lake in North America.  You will enjoy a lectured tour while you drive around the eastside of Lake Tahoe with plenty of photo stops. Next we travel through Carson City for an historic driving tour, and then onto to Virginia City, once a rip roaring Mining Town in the 1880’s.  Step back in time as you explore this authentic Gold Mining Town.  Visit the Bucket of Blood Saloon, try your luck at the Suicide Table or just stroll the wooden sidewalks as you shop, browse and enjoy a bit of gaming.  Return to Grand Sierra Resort in the early evening. Depart from the Grand Sierra Resort – Valet (each departure).

Depart from the hotel this morning for a magical tour on Lake Tahoe.  Arrive at Zephyr Cove, where you will board the MS Dixie, This two-hour narrated Tahoe boat cruise offers non-stop photo opportunities to the crown jewel of South Lake Tahoe – Emerald Bay. Enjoy a hosted lunch (optional) as you cruise to, though, and back from Emerald Bay, you'll learn how it was formed and some of its fascinating history with a special video presentation.

Virginia City Best of the West Tour, $39

Depart from your hotel this morning and travel to Virginia City, once a rip roaring Mining Town in 1880.  Step back in time as you explore this authentic Gold Mining Town.  Visit the Bucket of Blood Saloon, try your luck at the Suicide Table or just stroll the wooden sidewalks as you shop, browse and enjoy a no host lunch.  Next, travel to Carson City for a guided driving tour of the state capital and historic mansions.  Return to Grand Sierra Resort in the afternoon.
